Our School Council is made up of two representatives from each year group. They have been voted into the role of learning leaders for the duration of one academic year by their peers. They help us to make decisions about our school and help to ‘spot’ super learners. They are our learning ambassadors and set high standards for learning.

We meet once a week to discuss learning in and around school, we nominate the learning star of the week and help make decisions. Recently, we decided on which musical instruments the PTA should but for our playground. Over the next half term we are going to be deciding, with the help of each class, what our classes will be called.

Over the past year we have supported a range of charities such as JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and Children In Need, we raised money by having a mad hair day!
